RETURNS & REFUNDS

What steps should I follow to initiate a return?
To start a return, simply sign in to your account and follow the instructions:

1. Go to ‘Orders’

2. Under Actions, click on the Refund button (below the View button).

3. Mention the reason for a refund/ return in the textbox, Order ID, and preferred resolution (refund/ replacement).

4. Mention the payment method used to pay for the order in the textbox.

5. (For a return pick up please fill out Reverse Pickup Address & Contact number (if pin-code is serviceable))

6. Reverse pickup service may not be available in all pin codes. In such cases, you are requested to self-ship the item. A shipping reimbursement of up to Rs.100 will be provided upon submission of a valid courier receipt.

7. (If you paid via Cash on Delivery, please fill out your bank details for a refund)

8. Click on โ€˜Send Requestโ€™ โ€” and youโ€™re all set!

9. If the return/ refund reason is Change of mind or not our mistake, then you will have to self-ship your products to ย HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu โ€“ 641659. (In this case, no shipping refund will be issued to you).

10. If you placed your order as a guest, please email us at info@webcrafted.org with all the necessary details, and weโ€™ll assist you further.

If I return the products, will I get a refund for the COD, shipping, or gifting charges
No. These charges are applied with every order and unfortunately canโ€™t be refunded.

When can I expect the pickup for my return request
After your request is received, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address within 3 business days. Once itโ€™s picked up, weโ€™ll start your refund within 24โ€“48 business hours. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

When can I expect my replacement product?
Weโ€™ll ship your replacement item (based on the availability) once the returned product is picked up and passed the Quality Check at our end. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1โ€“5 business days for metro cities and 4โ€“7 business days for other locations in India. Timelines may vary slightly due to your shipping address, public holidays, or unexpected delays like extreme weather.

The return pickup has been completed, but I have yet to receive the corresponding refund.

What are the terms of the exchange policy?
We’re sorry, but an exchange option isn’t available at this time.

Where should I send my return if I’m shipping it myself?
If reverse pickup isn’t available for your pin code, please send the product(s) to the following address:

I purchased the product at a discount. Will I be refunded the full price?
Youโ€™ll be refunded only the amount you actually paid for the product.

What does your return policy cover?
-If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by photos and/or videos.

-The 7-day return policy covers issues like customer dissatisfaction or receiving the wrong product. However, any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours to qualify for a resolution.

-Non-receipt of items must be reported within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

-You can return your order within 7 days of delivery. We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes. If your area isnโ€™t covered by our courier partner for reverse pickup, youโ€™ll need to self-ship the product(s). We wonโ€™t be able to accept returns or claims if itโ€™s been more than 7 days since your order was delivered.

-For hygiene reasons, we may decline returns if it’s clear that the item has been worn, washed, or is no longer in its original condition.

-If you’d like to return an item from a combo pack, the entire set must be returned โ€” we donโ€™t accept partial returns. For manufacturing defects or any other concerns, feel free to reach out to us with photos and/or videos at info@webcrafted.org.

-Gift cards/vouchers are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

-In case of a return, gift wrapping fees will not be reimbursed. Please note that replacements will not include gift wrapping.

-To ensure high hygiene standards, we donโ€™t accept returns on certain product categories โ€” such as Gift cards, Downloadable digital products, Perishable goods (if applicable), Personalized or custom-made items, Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged), Customized or altered clothing. Webcrafted reserves the right to modify this list at any time without prior notice.

Is the shipping free?
Yes, totally free! Your order will arrive at your doorstep with zero delivery fees.

Whatโ€™s the delivery timeline for the orders?
It usually takes 4โ€“7 business days for delivery across India. These timelines may vary slightly depending on the delivery zone or region.

Any way to track my order?
Once your order is on its way, youโ€™ll get an email with tracking information.

What happens if my order doesnโ€™t get delivered?
-If the shipping carrier marks your order as LOST, weโ€™ll either send you a replacement (if itโ€™s still in stock) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

-In cases where delivery fails and the status is marked as undelivered or RTO, the courier service will make another attempt before initiating a return to origin. But if the delivery fails again, the package will be routed back to our warehouse:

-In such cases, your order will be cancelled, and the refund for prepaid orders will be processed within 24โ€“48 business hours after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

Redirection or redelivery isnโ€™t possible โ€” youโ€™ll need to place a new order.

-There could be a few reasons why your order may be undelivered.
1. Pin code is not serviceable.
2. The COD amount is not ready.
3. Customer is not contactable.
4. Incomplete address.
5. The customer refused delivery.
6. Self-pickup is requested by the customer.
7. Future delivery requested by the customer.
8. Door/premises/office closed.

Do you charge anything extra for shipping?
All orders within India are shipped free of charge.

Do I have to pay anything to cancel my order?
No, we donโ€™t charge anything for cancellations.
If your order hasnโ€™t been shipped yet, we may be able to edit or cancel it. Once itโ€™s processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can check on our end.

Can I place an order without the price tag or invoice in the package? Itโ€™s a gift for someone
Weโ€™re sorry, but all orders must include a price tag and invoice as per standard policy.

Are there any additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
Cash on Delivery is available for just โ‚น34 (excluding 18% GST) โ€” subject to change!

Can I add more items to my existing order?
After your order is confirmed and accepted, we canโ€™t make any changes. But donโ€™t worryโ€”you can always place a new order for the extra items!

Could you tell me how to cancel my order?
– You can cancel your order only before itโ€™s shipped. Just click the โ€˜Cancelโ€™ button under Actions (below the View button) โ€” and youโ€™re done!
– If you don’t see the Cancel button, it likely means the order can no longer be cancelled.

What steps should I take if my payment doesnโ€™t go through?
If your payment fails, donโ€™t worry โ€” just try again!
Make sure your account details, billing info, and net banking password are entered correctly, and that your internet connection is stable during checkout.
– If your account was charged despite a failed payment, the amount is usually refunded within 5-10 business days.

What should I do when delivery isnโ€™t successful?
-If a delivery attempt fails, the courier service will make another attempt before initiating a return to origin (RTO). You will receive an update regarding the status. But if the delivery fails again, the package will be routed back to our warehouse:

Is it possible to have my order delivered to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you can! Just ensure you enter the correct shipping address (pin code is serviceable) while placing your order

Is account registration mandatory to place an order on Webcrafted’s website?
You donโ€™t need an account to place an orderโ€”you can checkout as a Guest. However, creating an account after ordering can make return processes smoother in the future.

Am I allowed to choose Cash on Delivery as a payment method?
Yes, you can place an order using Cash On Delivery. Maximum COD amount allowed isย โ‚น20,000 per order.
