1. ORDERS

  • Our website features a variety of products for sale across India and worldwide — including, but not limited to, T-shirts.
  • Please note that all orders placed are subject to Webcrafted’s approval. This simply means we may cancel or decline any order for any reason, at our discretion — even if you’ve already received an order confirmation.
  • We also don’t accept orders meant to be shipped through freight forwarding or similar services — such orders may be cancelled too, even after confirmation.
  • If you’ve already been charged for an order that gets cancelled, don’t worry — we’ll make sure the amount is refunded to your credit/debit card.

2. PRICING

  • The price listed on the Site for each product is exclusive of taxes. You’ll be required to pay the final invoiced amount, which may include delivery, handling, and other applicable charges.
  • Webcrafted makes every attempt to properly price all Products, but errors may occasionally occur. These pricing errors may result in a lower or higher stated price on the Site.
  • Webcrafted reserves the right to cancel orders which include a pricing or discount error.

3. GST & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • All mentioned prices do not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated. An additional 5%–12% GST will be added to the product’s cost if the client requests an invoice that complies with GST. This charge is fixed and non-negotiable.

✅ 5% GST — if the selling price (per piece) is below ₹1,000.

✅ 12% GST — if the selling price (per piece) is ₹1,000 or more.

4. RIGHTS TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All trademarks, service marks, and brand names appearing on this site (including the name “Webcrafted”) are the registered property of Webcrafted, as per Indian law. These may not be used in any way without prior written approval from Webcrafted.
  • Any other intellectual property on the site — such as patents (granted or pending) — also belongs exclusively to Webcrafted and/or its licensors.
  • Unauthorized Usage:
  • All content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — is protected under intellectual property laws in India and is the exclusive property of Webcrafted. This includes original works created and produced by Webcrafted for its products.
  • You are allowed to use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as browsing, placing an order, or purchasing products from the site.
  • Any other use — like copying, sharing, displaying, or transmitting the site’s content — is strictly not allowed unless you have written permission from Webcrafted.
  • You also agree not to remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices from materials you download or print from the site.

5. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

You clearly understand and agree that, to the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • The website, its services, and the products sold are provided strictly “as is”, without any guarantees or warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties related to ownership, non-infringement, merchantability, or suitability for a specific purpose.

Webcrafted does not guarantee that:

  • The site or services will always meet your needs, work without interruption, or always be delivered on time.
  • Any issues or errors in the site, services, or products will be fixed.
  • The products shown on the site (through descriptions or images) will perfectly match the actual items or be suitable for any particular use.
  • As far as the law allows, Webcrafted holds no responsibility for any issues linked to user content, including claims related to intellectual property, defamation, privacy, publicity, or obscenity laws. Webcrafted also does not accept liability for any misuse, loss, modification, or unavailability of site content or products.
  • Any compensation for direct damages or losses can only be sought as outlined in these terms. Under no circumstances will Webcrafted, its team, partners, or suppliers be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including those arising from breach of contract, negligence, or other legal claims — related to your use of the site, services, or products.
  • These restrictions and limitations will apply to the fullest extent allowed by relevant laws.

6. COMPENSATION FOR LOSS/ DAMAGE

  • By using this site, you agree to indemnify Webcrafted and its team (including directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers) against any claims, losses, or legal issues arising from your actions.
  • If you break these terms or do something wrong while using this site — and that causes a problem, cost, or legal issue — you’ll be responsible for covering those costs, including any legal fees.
  • Basically, if your actions cause us a problem, you agree to handle it.

7. RIGHT TO SUSPEND ACCOUNT/ SITE ACCESS

  • You agree that we may temporarily limit or pause access to the Site to fix technical issues, improve performance, or make updates and changes.
  • We may also restrict your access when needed to protect the security and stability of the network, handle emergencies, fix system failures, or if required by law or instructions from government authorities.
  • During such times, the Site may not work at full capacity, may be unavailable in certain areas, or its coverage and functionality could be affected due to technical reasons.
  • If you notice any unusual activity on your account or suspect that your login details have been compromised, you must inform Webcrafted immediately. We will help you with your account, reset your password and secure the account.

8. QUESTIONS & FEEDBACK

  • If a product is marked as “out of stock,” you can reach out to Webcrafted using the contact details provided on this site. We’ll be happy to notify you when the product is restocked.
  • When you share reviews, feedback, comments, or any similar content on the site, please note that this content may be published publicly at Webcrafted’s sole discretion. Once posted, this content will not be edited, changed, or moderated by Webcrafted or its team.
  • By submitting feedback or any form of communication to the site, you agree that Webcrafted can freely use your comments, suggestions, or ideas for any purpose — such as improving products, services, or the website itself — without needing to give you notice, payment, or credit.
  • Webcrafted does not monitor or review every piece of content shared by users and is not responsible for anything users post or create on the site. The site simply provides a platform where content can be viewed and shared for non-commercial purposes. Webcrafted does not take any responsibility for user-generated content or any resulting actions on the site.
  • You are not allowed to post or share any content that Webcrafted, at its sole discretion, finds abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, misleading, fraudulent, violating intellectual property rights, invading privacy, breaking laws, or generally inappropriate.
  • Also, you cannot post promotional or commercial content or use the site to encourage others to join any other online service or business.

9. UNEXPECTED EVENTS & EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

  • You agree that Webcrafted will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to meet its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters (Acts of God), traffic disruptions, or the unavailability of products.
  • However, Webcrafted will make every reasonable effort to overcome such situations and fulfill its commitments at the earliest opportunity.

10. EXCLUSION OF THIRD-PARTY BENEFITS

  • These Terms are intended solely for you and Webcrafted and create a private agreement between both parties. No third party shall have any rights to enforce these Terms under Indian contract law.

11. LEGAL JURISDICTION & ACTIONS

  • These Terms follow Indian law, and if any issues come up, they’ll be handled by the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
  • Still, if  Webcrafted ever needs to take quick legal action (like asking for an urgent court order), they can also approach any other court that’s suitable.
  • Any disagreements pertaining to cancellation or refund policies will only be decided within the jurisdiction of Telangana state. The client understands that the aforementioned jurisdiction will control any legal remedies sought in relation to this agreement. By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation and refund terms.

12. NDNC (National Do Not Call) POLICY

Our Promise:

  • At Webcrafted, we respect your privacy and follow the guidelines set by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry.
  • By using this website and/or registering on Webcrafted.org, you give us permission to contact you via email, phone call, or SMS to share updates about our products, services, promotional offers on our site, or offers from our partners. For these reasons, we may collect personally identifiable information from you.
  • Even if your number is listed under DND (Do Not Disturb) or NCPR (National Customer Preference Register), you still allow Webcrafted to contact you for the above purposes for up to 365 days from your registration date.
  • This section outlines how Webcrafted handles your personal information we collect when you use our website or services. It also covers details shared with us by our business partners.
  • Please note: this policy doesn’t apply to some specific Webcrafted services, products, or promotional pages you may visit separately.
  • When you register, we may collect details like your first name, last name, contact number, email ID, date of birth, and gender. Once registered, you are no longer anonymous to us. You may also be asked to provide your mobile number, email ID, or other contact details to receive updates, service alerts, or promotional messages via SMS or email.
  • By registering, you agree to receive login information, service updates, and occasional promotional content from Webcrafted on your phone or email.
  • If you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, you can easily opt-out by contacting us at info@webcrafted.org

13. Average Delivery Time After Order Placement

  • Once shipped, orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered across India. These timelines may vary slightly depending on the delivery zone or region.

14. ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • By using this site, you agree to receive messages and communications from Webcrafted in electronic form. These messages — such as notices, agreements, and disclosures — will count as proper written communication and meet all legal requirements.
  • If Webcrafted chooses not to enforce any part of these Terms at any time, that doesn’t mean the company is giving up its rights to enforce them later. Neither past dealings between you and Webcrafted nor general business practices can change or override these Terms.
  • Webcrafted reserves the right to assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this agreement at its sole discretion.
