1. RETURNS
- Eligibility Time Frame:
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. - Condition for Returns:
Returned items must be:- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In its original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice intact.
- Free from stains, perfume, or damage.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).
- Non-returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:- Gift cards, Downloadable digital products, Perishable goods (if applicable), Personalized or custom-made items, Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged), Customized or altered clothing.
2. REFUNDS
- Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email notification. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. - For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account in 5-7 business days (you will be contacted for bank details).
- Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts may receive only a partial refund (subject to quality checks).
- In case the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
3. LATE/ MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time.

4. EXCHANGES (if applicable)
- No exchanges are allowed at the moment. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost. If you wish to return a product due to size, fit, color, or any other reason not mentioned above, you’ll need to ship it to our warehouse at your own expense (shipping charges will not be refunded or credited).
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email notification. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You can then place a new order as per your requirement.

5. RETURN SHIPPING
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item/ size sent or defective product), we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
- Reverse pickup service may not be available in all pin codes. In such cases, you are requested to self-ship the item. A shipping reimbursement of up to Rs.100 will be provided upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
- For other reasons (like size issues or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return and its shipping charges.

6. NON-DELIVERY / DAMAGED ITEMS
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and or videos.
- Non-receipt of items must be reported within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
- Include the order ID and photos of the item received. We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and send the correct product.
7. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Items that fail the quality check (used, damaged, tags missing) will be returned to the customer without refund.
- Refunds for purchases made via discount codes, coupons, or store credits will be adjusted accordingly (you will only be refunded what you paid for).
8. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/ REFUND
To request a return, refund, or replacement, simply:
- Go to ‘Orders’
- Under Actions, click on the Refund button (below the View button).
- Mention the reason for a refund/ return in the textbox, Order ID, and preferred resolution (refund/ replacement).
- Mention the payment method used to pay for the order in the textbox.
- (For a return pick up please fill out Reverse Pickup Address & Contact number (if pin-code is serviceable))
- Reverse pickup service may not be available in all pin codes. In such cases, you are requested to self-ship the item. A shipping reimbursement of up to Rs.100 will be provided upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
- (If you paid via Cash on Delivery, please fill out your bank details for a refund)
- Click on ‘Send Request’ — and you’re all set!
- (If the return/ refund reason is Change of mind or not our mistake, then you will have to self-ship your products to HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659. In this case, no shipping refund will be issued to you).

9. OTHER INFORMATION
Color: We use world-class digital printers with OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks. Actual product colors may slightly vary from the design images shown due to lighting effects and display settings. Minor differences in shade or tone may also occur.
Average Delivery Time After Order Placement:
- For air mode shipments, the delivery timeline is typically 3 to 5 business days.
- For surface mode, it usually takes 4 to 10 business days.
These timelines may vary slightly depending on the delivery zone or region
